Fabriqué à la main en argent sterling et accroché à une chaîne de 18", ce pendentif rappelle les événements de l'Irlande de 1916. J'ai décidé d'utiliser des symboles pour me souvenir de ces courageux guerriers qui ont donné leur vie pour la liberté de l'Irlande.
Shamrock - Irlande, le droit à notre propre nation.
Peace Lily - La fin des combats sur le sol irlandais.
Heart - L'amour féroce qui brûlait dans leurs cœurs pour l'Irlande.
Ces trois éléments se réunissent à la base du pendentif pour former la tri-spirale de Newgrange, qui est pour moi l'un des symboles les plus anciens de l'Irlande.
Sa signification est multiple, pour moi, cela représente la vie, la mort et la renaissance, alors que l'Irlande renaît en tant que nation en 1916.
